By placing an order it is implied that you accept our terms and conditions as listed below:
PRICING
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products. Packaging is always included in our price; however if the customer requires specific packaging, it will be charged accordingly.
LEAD TIME FOR PRODUCTION IS 3 – 6 WEEKS
In case of out of stock, lead-time is between 3-6 weeks. For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery. Lead-time is not guaranteed as transit from Portugal can involve delays out of our control. We will do our best to inform you of changes in lead times.
FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS
All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivering carrier with initial notification of intent to file a claim.
Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to OF Ceramics during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent via email to ofceramics@gmail.com.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
OF Ceramics can manufacture new decors according to the client’s specification. These orders will require special pricing based on quantity and features. Please send us an e-mail to ofceramics@gmail.com to learn more.
PRODUCT STANDARDS
Every piece is carefully hand painted using original ancient techniques. Our high quality earthenware shows the rich depth of colour and glaze characteristic of hand made production. Every effort is made to maintain uniformity but slight variations may occur in the colours and dimensions.
